Indian Leftover Medley
Sauté up some oyster mushrooms in wine and soy sauce, add fried potato wedges and peanuts. We added some extra curry powder and cayenne to the mushrooms, but that’s only good if you like spicy food. Let simmer for a few minutes, then add in your leftover curry from easter vacation. Don’t have any curry in the fridge? Try our dum aloo!
