hey, did you know that you can also make burgers out of the chickpea mixture we showed you last night?

you can leave the mixture as is, or add in chopped nuts and garlic. form into patties, put them in a pan, and crisp them up with a tablespoon or two of olive oil. serve with caramelized onions, greens, and vegenaise.
