currently inhaling: strawberry cupcakes with vanilla buttercream frosting
recipe here! the frosting is just 2 cups confectioner’s sugar & 1/2 cup non-dairy butter, with a splash of rice milk. the fresh strawberries on top really made these cupcakes outstanding.

homemade melty-chocolate brownies, rice milk, & vegan cookies and cream ice cream
*note: we feel like bruce bogtrotter while eating these, do not attempt if you’re trying to eat with health in mind :)
