today’s post-xmas-cookies smoothie: 2 heaping handfuls spinach, 2 heaping handfuls frozen blueberries, 1 large carrot, juice of 1/2-1 lemon. blend with water/ice until your desired consistency.
quick lunch smoothie: 3 apricots, 2 handfuls frozen blueberries, 1 tsp piece fresh ginger, juice of half a lemon, 5 ice cubes. blended until super smooth. (see more photos here.)
