The first time I ever saw strawberry and green tea together in one drink, I was like, “Whaaaat?!” I never knew such a combination could actually be amazing. This is a super simple drink that you can customize to your own tastes - want less tart? More strawberry? Go at it.
It’s sort of like a cross between a smoothie, a juice, and a frozen lemonade - just go with it, it tastes good, alright?
Pulse these ingredients together in a blender until it’s a smooth, thick juice consistency, like a Naked juice:

“dessert” smoothie
fresh strawberries, frozen strawberries, a splash or two of almond milk, blend. stir in melted chocolate. (chocolate chips would also be ace in this.)
frozen buttercream cookie sandwiches
okay okay, before you guys accuse us of being to sugar-crazed, note that we eat greens & beans all day, and that we only made THREE of these sandwiches, and they’re so decadent we shared one.
i had THE most amazing frozen chocolate chip cookie sandwich at babycakes when we visited new york city, i HAD to try to recreate it. worth it!
just bake some chocolate chip cookies (using earth balance, not butter), whip up some buttercream frosting (use like a tbsp non-dairy milk, not 1/4 cup like that recipe says!), make it into a sandwich, and let them freeze, or get really cold.
